We process every order with care. Here are the key timeframes from the moment you place your order to when it arrives with you.

Transit Time
Handling time begins on the next business day after your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Custom Orders
For custom or bespoke leather pieces, please allow 3β5 business days handling time before dispatch. Custom orders enter production immediately upon confirmation and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Our Global Warehouses
Chinkara Leathers operates warehouses across multiple regions to ensure the fastest possible delivery to you. Depending on stock availability and your delivery location, your order may be dispatched from the nearest warehouse.
You will always receive a full tracking number regardless of which warehouse fulfils your order. This website is a sister project of SAMAA Leathers β our global fulfilment network is shared across both brands.

We deliver worldwide. Shipping rates and final delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, or public holidays. Chinkara Leathers is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Issues
Customs & Import Duties
International orders outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are entirely the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price paid to Chinkara Leathers.
- We cannot predict or pre-calculate customs charges as they vary by country.
- We declare all shipments at their accurate commercial value.
- Refusal of delivery due to customs charges does not qualify for a shipping refund.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or resolution. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. Chinkara Leathers cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
