Delivery & Shipping
Delivery QuestionsStandard orders are handled in 1–3 business days. Custom orders take 3–5 business days before dispatch. Transit time is 4–5 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. See our full Shipping Policy.
Yes, we deliver worldwide. We operate warehouses in the UK, Pakistan, Dubai, and Turkey. Your order will be dispatched from the nearest available warehouse based on stock and your delivery address.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active on the carrier's website.
For international deliveries outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
Return QuestionsYou have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and tags. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to credit your account.
Custom or bespoke orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there is a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
You may cancel your order before it enters processing. Contact us immediately at support@chinkaraleathers.com. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Yes — 100% genuine leather across our entire range. No synthetic or faux leather. Every Chinkara piece is crafted from premium hides selected for quality, durability, and texture.
Yes. We offer bespoke and custom leather pieces. Please contact us at support@chinkaraleathers.com to discuss your requirements. Custom orders have a 3–5 business day handling time.
We recommend using a dedicated leather conditioner every few months. Keep leather away from direct heat and moisture. Store in a cool, dry place — ideally in a dust bag. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight to prevent fading.
